POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking passionate and experienced teachers to join our dynamic team in early childhood education, kindergarten, and elementary education. The successful candidates will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment, implementing age-appropriate curricula, and supporting the developmental needs of every child.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with international standards and the school's curriculum.
2. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where each child feels valued and respected.
3. Assess and monitor student progress through informal and formal assessments.
4. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for all students.
5. Promote social, emotional, and physical development through various activities.
6. Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay current with educational trends.
7. Participate in school events and activities, contributing to a strong school community.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Certificate or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
2. Previous teaching experience in early childhood, kindergarten, or elementary settings is preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of child development principles and instructional strategies.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for working with children.
5. Ability to create a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment that caters to diverse learning needs.
