Firestone Liberia is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) who is a critical healthcare professional that will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support across various medical settings. The RN assesses patient health problems and needs, develops, and implements nursing care plans, and maintains medical records. 

Responsibilities: 
Direct Patient Care 
• Provide bedside care, including monitoring and direct support for patients. 
• Conduct regular rounds with doctors and write daily progress reports on patient progress. 
Clinical Assessment and Treatment 
• Assess and identify patients’ needs, implement medication plans, and monitor treatments. 
• Conduct patient screenings in the clinic as required and provide end-of-life care when necessary. Medication Administration and Symptom Management 
• Administer medications to patients, ensuring adherence to healthcare policies and the ‘10 Rights of Drug Administration”. 
• Recognize patients’ symptoms and take appropriate measures within the nursing scope of practice. Collaboration and Communication 
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient comfort and family understanding. • Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, and family members regarding patient health. Leadership and Compliance 
• Guide and support the nursing team, ensuring cohesive work during shifts and adherence to care standards. 
• Uphold the hospital’s policies, procedures, and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
 • And other responsibilities as assigned. 

Requirements 
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent. Must possess a current registered nurse license from the Liberian Board for Nursing and Midwifery.
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience working as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
