Reference: Development of LiSA Logo Certification Mark and Quality Mark
Background
The Liberia Standards Authority (LiSA) is the national body mandated to promote standardization, conformity assessment, and quality infrastructure. To enhance LiSA’s identity and improve product certification visibility, LiSA seeks a professional and creative institutional Logo, Certification Mark and Quality Mark that reflect its national mandate and alignment with international best practices.
We invite qualified IT firms, design schools, individual designers, or branding companies to submit proposals for the development of:
A corporate logo for the Liberia Standards Authority (LiSA)
A Certification mark for systems and processes (i.e., “Certified by LiSA”)
Quality Mark for conformity for product labeling purposes (“Made in Liberia”)

Must be copyright protected and registered under the Liberia Intellectual Property Office (LIPO)

A Vetting Committee comprising branding professionals, regulatory experts, and public stakeholders will:
Hold a brief meeting with interested parties
Review all submissions anonymously
Score entries based on creativity, relevance, scalability, symbolism, and technical quality
Shortlist the top 3 designs for public feedback or internal review
Award and Recognition
Submission is single entry (each design will be viewed as a single entry)
Winning design will be awarded a prize of 500 USD per entry
Design credit will be given upon launch
Designer will sign an intellectual property transfer agreement, assigning all rights to LiSA
Winning logo/mark will be formally registered with the Liberia Intellectual Property Office (LIPO)
