Junior Engineering Supervisor

Firestone Liberia (FSLB) is looking for an Engineering Supervisor Junior to join their team and help manage, plan, and control the Work Order platform for the Build Department. If you are organized, results-driven, and passionate about engineering management, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:
  • Organize, plan, and direct the execution of work orders/projects
  • Manage the Digifi System for receiving & distributing work orders
  • Plan housing repairs & maintenance (manpower, materials & transport)
  • Analyze work order database to ensure efficiency & accurate reporting
  • Prepare work plans for construction projects (housing, schools, sanitary facilities, etc.)
  • Liaise with managers & contractors to implement projects
  • Submit monthly reports (Work Order analysis, Safety Reports, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Work Order Supervisory role
  • Full understanding of Work Order Systems
  • Strong work ethic & self-starter attitude
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
