Position: Programme Quality and Development Coordinator (PQDC)
Location: Buchanan, Grand Bassa County
Contract Type: Fixed-term
Reports to: Programme Director

About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Programme Quality & Development Coordinator (PQDC) to lead programme quality and support programme development across our Liberia mission.

You’ll play a key leadership role in:
  • Strengthening Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) systems.
  • Promoting gender equality, safeguarding, and inclusion across programmes.
  • Supporting innovation, adaptive management, and organizational learning.
  • Leading communications and ensuring programme visibility.
  • Coordinating proposal and business development for sustainable impact.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of MEAL frameworks.
  • Support the development of high-quality donor proposals and project reports.
  • Strengthen partnerships with local and national organizations.
  • Supervise MEAL, Communications, and Gender & Inclusion teams.
  • Promote accountability, learning, and adaptive programming.
Qualifications & Experience
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in development or humanitarian programmes.
  • A degree in Development Studies, Economics, Social Policy, or a related field.
  • Proven technical expertise in MEAL and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience supporting and working with local partners.
  • Commitment to equality, safeguarding, and accountability principles.
