Director for Recruitment, Student Development & External Relations

Africa International Institute of Science and Technology (AIIST) University College is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join their executive team. This role is pivotal in driving student enrollment, fostering student success, and building strategic partnerships for the institution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to meet enrollment targets, including digital campaigns and team supervision.
  • Student Success: Design and oversee leadership, engagement, and welfare programs for students.
  • Partnerships: Manage relationships with government, industry, NGOs, and other educational institutions.
  • Career Development: Create internship and employment opportunities for the student body.
  • Institutional Planning: Manage reporting and budgets while contributing to overall college growth.
Required Profile
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is preferred in a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, marketing, student affairs, or educational administration.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Competencies: Competence in strategic planning and partnership development.

  • Salary: Competitive, determined by College HR and Finance policies.
