Reliable Opportunities Hub Pro Tip for Applicants:
In the ERA "Major Duties" section, focus on your Supervisory and Tier 2 Troubleshooting experience. Be specific: instead of saying "I managed a team," say "I supervised a team of 5 IT technicians, managed a $50k budget, and reduced system downtime by 20% through automated scripting." This level of detail is exactly what Embassy HR is looking for!
