Soaps Production Line Supervising Technician (J-Palm Liberia)

J-Palm Liberia is looking for a skilled Supervising Technician to lead operations at its brand-new automated bar soap manufacturing plant. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring that the transition from raw materials (oils, sodium hydroxide, etc.) to finished products is smooth, safe, and efficient.

  • Position: Soaps Production Line Supervising Technician

Key Responsibilities
  • Line Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the automated bar soap production line.
  • Target Management: Ensure that daily production targets are consistently reached.
  • Maintenance & Repair: Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and diagnose/repair mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Supervision: Coordinate all production activities across the full manufacturing line.
  • Quality Control: Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: Hands-on experience with industrial machinery or automated production systems.
  • Skills: Strong troubleshooting, maintenance, and workflow management abilities.
  • Bonus: Prior experience in manufacturing or processing plants is a major advantage.
