African Leadership Vocational Training Program

The African Leadership Technical Vocational Institute of Professional Studies is seeking qualified, competent, and passionate trainers to lead skills development in various trade disciplines. If you are an expert in your craft and committed to empowering the next generation of Liberian technicians, we want to hear from you!

Trade Disciplines
We are recruiting instructors for the following fields:
  • Technical Trades: Automotive Technology, Electrical Installation, Welding & Fabrication, Plumbing, Carpentry & Joinery, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
  • Heavy Equipment: Heavy Duty Truck Driving, Excavator Operation.
  • Professional Services: ICT, Secretarial Studies, Airline Ticketing, Psychosocial Counselling.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Education: High School Graduate with a Diploma or Certificate from a recognized TVET institution in a relevant trade.
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of teaching or training experience in a vocational/technical setting.
  • Advantage: A Bachelor of Science (BSc) or equivalent degree is a major plus.
  • Competencies: Ability to deliver Competency-Based Training (CBT) and strong practical instructional skills.
