Wholesale Sales Representatives (J-Palm Liberia)

J-Palm Liberia is expanding! We are looking for high-energy, results-driven Wholesale Sales Representatives to lead the market penetration of our laundry soap product line. If you are a natural negotiator who knows how to move products and build lasting business relationships, we want you on our team.

Role Overview
  • Position: Wholesale Sales Representative (Laundry Soaps)

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Onboarding: Identify and sign up new wholesalers and retail partners to expand our reach.
  • Distribution Growth: Increase product coverage across assigned territories to ensure J-Palm soaps are everywhere.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for distributors, ensuring they have what they need to succeed.
  • Sales Targets: Drive repeat orders and work closely with partners to hit consistent volume targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor pricing, competitor activity, and local trends to keep us ahead of the curve.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in sales and marketing. Field sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Product Knowledge: Experience selling fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), especially soaps or detergents, is a major advantage.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of local markets and trade channels in Liberia.
  • Mindset: Self-driven, target-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running.
