Drivers & Conductors (Ndorbor’s Group)

Ndorbor’s Group (Transport Service) is currently recruiting responsible and child-friendly individuals to operate school buses. This is a vital role ensuring the safe transportation of students across Monrovia and its environs.

Role Overview
  • Positions: Drivers & Conductors
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Service Area: Communities to school campuses in Monrovia and surrounding areas.
  • Special Note: Conductor positions are strictly for females. Female drivers are also highly encouraged to apply!
Job Responsibilities
  • Safely pick up and drop off students from their communities to various school campuses.
  • Ensure a professional and respectful environment during transit.
  • Maintain the safety and well-being of all children on board.
Requirements
  • Citizenship: Must be a Liberian citizen.
  • Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma.
  • Licensing: Valid driver’s license (required for Driver applicants).
  • Character: Must have a clean record of good conduct and experience working with children.
  • Preference: Applicants residing in Brewerville, Central Monrovia, Sinkor, and the RIA Highway are highly encouraged to apply.
