Job Responsibilities
  • Customer Care: Welcome and attend to customers with a polite and professional attitude.
  • Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Service: Serve meals and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Hygiene: Maintain the cleanliness of dining tables and all service areas.
  • Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints calmly, respectfully, and professionally.
Requirements
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Professionalism: Neat and presentable appearance.
  • Resilience: Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Character: Must be honest, respectful, and reliable.
  • Experience: Previous restaurant experience is an added advantage but not strictly required.
