The Liberia Institute of Public Administration (LIPA) is officially inviting qualified candidates to apply for the high-level position of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Director. As the primary institution responsible for building civil service capacity, LIPA requires a strategic leader to oversee the tracking, assessment, and impact measurement of its national training and research programs.
