Key mandates include driving overall business growth, optimizing financial management structures, writing development proposals, supervising frontline staff, and enforcing elite customer service standards across the restaurant and hotel wings.
- Academic Criteria: Minimum of a formal Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Longevity & Skillset: At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in hospitality management. Must possess proven leadership skills, direct financial management acumen, and a strong capability in proposal drafting and business communication.
- Job Description: Waitresses serve as the direct face of guest hospitality. Responsibilities include welcoming incoming diners and hotel guests, taking and serving food and beverage orders accurately, maintaining a pristine and sanitized dining floor, and handling client needs with a friendly, respectful demeanor to ensure a high-end dining experience.
- Academic Criteria: Minimum of a vocational Certificate in Catering, Hospitality, or a related field.
