Key Responsibilities & Role Scope
The ECE Teacher will be responsible for nurturing foundational growth and managing classroom activities:

  • Parental Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents and guardians to support children's overall well-being and progress.

Applicant Qualifications & Benchmarks
To qualify for consideration, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:
  • Teaching Credentials: Holds a 'C' or 'B' Certificate in Education.
  • Advanced Degree (Added Advantage): A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education is strongly preferred.
  • Teaching Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of teaching experience specifically in an Early Childhood setting.
  • Pedagogical Knowledge: Strong understanding of child-centered learning methodologies and child development stages.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to collaborate with parents and peers.
