- Instructional Support: Assist classroom teachers in preparing learning materials and support small-group or individualized instruction under supervision.
- Learner Supervision: Help supervise students during instructional hours, mealtime routines, and break/recreational periods.
- ECE Care & Welfare: Support hygiene, feeding, and general welfare routines tailored for Early Childhood Education (ECE) learners.
- Classroom Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming classroom space.

- Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma. (Holding a 'C' Certificate or being currently enrolled in a recognized teacher training program is an added advantage).
- Experience: Demonstrated interest in or prior experience working with young children.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong patience, reliability, effective communication skills, and a caring, supportive disposition.
