Reliable Opportunities Hub Expert-Level Application Tip:
The U.S. Embassy HR office shortlists applicants EXCLUSIVELY based on the text entered into the ERA online form (and does not review attached resumes for qualification screening). In your ERA application entries, describe your actual daily duties in your own words. Provide detailed, concrete examples of how you lead crews, troubleshoot generators, or maintain HVAC units. Make sure your ERA profile clearly shows 2 years of accredited vocational training, 5 years of advanced technical experience, and 1 year of supervisory experience. If any of these three numbers are missing from your written answers, the automated system will disqualify your application!
